Default Hot smoked sausage in the Kettle

grabbed some Snags from our Local English butcher.
We buy some remarkable Cornish style pasties from him.

http://www.robsukproduce.com.au/

he is situated in a very diverse, international area.

We shall be trying more of his produce, fresh and genuine.
Lancashire and English pork sausage, hot smoked in the kettle with a Red wine and Chook stock reduction, with onion of course.

Smoked using an Australian hardwood, name unknown.

We are very Lucky living in an area that has foods from all over.
Please enjoy
cheers.
