Very nice. How long did you cook that? Internal temp?

BOUT 3 hrs with the temp at about 170. Pulled it off and wrapped it and let it rest for 30 minutes while wrapped.

Very nice looking fattie.

Just curious, what sausage did you use? I've tried a few (JD hot, BE hot, JD reg, BE reg and TP reg) and each has it's own distinct flavor after getting fattied. I see a lot of people on here use JD.

Heheee. Fatties are amazing. During one of our big summer barbecues I smoked 20 of them for snacks before the main meats were served up. A restaurant owner that also does catering was among the guests. He was asking about them and he thought I was lying when I told him they were Jimmy Dean brand. He kept saying "They can't be..."
