Uds First cook... Brisket

Just a flat all I could fined.. What i learned.. I can keep a very good temp for 24 hours on one basket. 2ed thing is wont do it again with out a pan under it. But it was all gone in 30 mins so it turned out well. I can see why people like theses UDS its fun an damm this thing will hold a temp for ever,,,

I am so happy with my build. The fire basket can hold almost an entire bag of lump. That's a fine brisket. Never cooked one that long.
