Memorial Day BBQ Menus~!!!

What do yall have going for Memorial Day weekend?

I currently have some:

Savory St Louis Style ribs,
Sweet Baby Back Ribs,
10lb Pork Shoulder rubbed and injected with a Hickory Rub~!!!
Also; Chicken and Lamb that will be marinaded Indian style.

I picked up a 10lb Shoulder from the butcher today for Sunday. First time trying their Butts. Going to use some John Henry's Apple Rub, another first. Should have some Pic's of the cook up later.
