Brethren who cater - Kent, CT
Hello Brethren,
A friend is getting married in Kent, CT this spring and asked if I knew caterers, preferably who specialize in BBQ. It'll probably be less than 50 people but this fellow really wants a whole bbq pig. So of course, I turn to the brethren. If anyone can recommend someone, or if there are members who are interested themselves, please send me a note or point me in the right direction. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving! - Nemo PS, speaking of thanksgiving, this year we're hosting and the plan is my first UDS turkey on a cannon and rotisserie leg of lamb on the charcoal weber. Hope I don't screw up!

Last or second to last weekend in May 2013, obviously they are still firming up the date. If you want, send me an email address and I'll send an intro email and you guys can take it from there.
