Default Pulled Pork Nachos (Pron)

Directions:

One large cookie sheet
3/4 bag of Tostitos corn chips
Warm in oven at low temp

Pour on one jar of nacho cheese - warmed
3/4 pound of leftover pulled pork - warmed

Half head of Romaine lettuce
Large handful of "grape" tomatoes, sliced
Handful of sliced pepperoncini peppers
Handful of diced onions
Handful of chopped Cilantro
Random spoonfuls of sour cream
Franks Hot Sauce
Scatter more pulled pork over the top....for proper presentation, of course.

Beverage of choice
Lots of napkins
Other people to assist you in eating all this

Thanks all!
This is one of our top ways to use PP for leftovers. We set the cookie sheet in the middle of the kitchen table with a large stack of napkins and have at it.
There wasn't much left to scrape into the trash by the time we were finished.

Thank you guys!
The best part of eating a monstrosity like that, is that my body didn't give me any "problems" the next morning. hahaha
