My Labor Day BBQ was yesterday

Here are some pics of some BBQ I did yesterday on Stumpy. Spare Ribs with Texas BBQ Rub, Loin Backs with Billy Bones and Brown Sugar, which I did 2-1-1 with a little apple juice in the foil. These came out very tender. I still haven't made up my mind about these, more taste testing needs to be done. The ribs were coated with mustard before the rubs. Some chicken quarters with Ployboys Rub. Baked potaoes and broccoli salad. Also a sausage,egg and cheese fatty for this morning. Everything turned out great. Thanks for looking.

Yumm! My husband is begging me for another Fatty but with egg in it this time, was it as satisfyingly scrumptious as it looks?

Yes it was. I had a couple of slices on a English Muffin this morning. That is the first stuffed fatty I have done and it won't be the last! :biggrin:
