first brisket attempt with pron.... feel free to judge

As stated in my previous thread, the brisket was still hanging when I arrived to the butcher.

Dont know why I went with the grain instead of across. It was literally falling apart with the grain. I lost my brain, well brain cells were a little "hydrated" at that point if you know what I mean. Put it on the smoker at 1030am, pulled it at 9pm and let it rest for an agonizing 2 hours.

Just got done working out, thinking egg white omelette, with brisket and butt, rolled in burrito for breakfast :)
 
Looks like you have a success there. The breakfast idea sounds tasty also.

scrambled eggs with taco seasoned cheese
some pulled pork
some brisket
and a touch of love :)

Hell its breakfast, wheres the Sam adams light? We have a saying in Va, Lite beer is for breakfast, Zima is for brushing your teeth, and good beer the rest of the day!

Looks great man. I'd hit that in a heart beat. Sammies and Breakfast Burrito! I have never had enough left over for breakfast. Guess I need to cook more ;-)
 
Sure looks a ton better than my first brisket!!

Good looking breakfast too!
