Default Cold butts this morning

Mine, the dog's and this one.....

Had it rubbed down with just about the last bit of Bad Byron's and had it in the fridge overnight.

Hit the grate cold this morning. Should have a good smoke ring if nothing else.

Took a while to get things rolling along, considering the alarm clock had me up at 4:00.

Going to be a fine Monday off. :)

It's stalling hard. All kinds of goodness going on in there.

I'm going to creep the pit temp up. Family won't be happy eating real late. :)

EDIT:

Did tweak the temp up some.

Needs just a bit longer. Skewer goes in-out like butter in most spots.

Time to make the table sauce.

My son went to town pulling it.

They had some of the pieces that I'd pulled off before we sauced it as the spices may have been too strong.
