Default Glass Cutting Board

My wife won a glass cutting board at a company party last night. What should I do with it?

Smash it, that will trash a blade in no time. I didn't even know they still made them out of glass. Not only will it kill your edge, there down right dangerous.

Besides all that they usually have a textured edge that collect bits and pieces, re-gift it!

We got given one a few years ago. I threatened to give it a bend test over the first person to use it to cut on, so it lives beside the stove where we put hot saucepans and baking dishes on it. Works fine for that...

We use ours as a charcuterie/cheese/antipasto platter for guests.

Agreed. They work great for placing sliced fruit on and sitting over a bed of ice.

You can also chill it and use it to cut cheese on, if you are using a wire cheese slicer.
