Smoked a pork loin roast on the stickburner on Friday, rubbed with some Kosmos Q rubs. Turned out really good with great color.

As it was +1kg, we had plenty of lephtovers. Reheated it yesterday with onion and some Oakridge smokey chile lime in a skillet until it had some crunch. Served in mini-tortilla's with the misses special spicy sauce, greens on the side. Absolutely lovely.

I like it for a lot of different things.
Besides roasting, it also makes great tasting Jerky.
