U.S. of Bacon inspired heart attack.

That is a truly inspired creation. They need a special name. What shall we call them?

i wanted the title of this thread to have a name in it, i couldn't come up with a good one. i do, however, think the name should end with bomb

looks too good to eat

I was wondering how long you cooked them for and possibly what temperature?

And I thought I was being all clever by making these before....didn't use the ladle method though, just kinda formed them into balls.
We call 'em "Cock Bombs".

Looking good :)

Fark! That is brilliant!

I can't take credit for the idea, we saw it on the United States of Bacon.

I lit up almost half of a Weber chimney starter and cooked them indirect for almost an hour. I didn't pay much attention to the temp but it was around 325-350. I pulled them when my thermapen said the chicken was done.

Skinless chicken breast is healthy! Just like Taco salad is good for you - its a salad. Now had you left the skin on?

Boy you did good on this I think I have it on my dvr stash, I'll be trying this with my bacon buddy THx for the post:thumb::thumb:

Every time I miss a thread like this, it makes me wonder how many other great things have gone right by me around here.

Great job!
