Chix on the Weber
My wife saw that we had a couple of chickens in the fridge outside this morning and asked if I could have them ready by lunch. Cleaned and dried them off, filled em with some herbs and onions, and rubbed em down with herb butter. On to the Weber for 90 minutes at 355'ish. Simple but really good. Had a couple of sweet potatoes as well, so why not.
Cheers, Hitman |
