Received my Sous ide from Inkbird today. Really nice unit appearance wise. Set up was easy and did a test run. Came up nicely and locked in at 129. Verified with 3 different thermometers. Dead on. Let run a couple of hours no bobbles whatsoever.
Unit is quiet and smooth. Hope to do a cook this weekend.

Yes I have. Done a ribeye and some pork chops. Works great. I have never had any luck posting photos here but I took the ribeye to 129 for 2.5 hours then seared over lump juicy tender and very good. The pork chops did at 135 foot 2 hours and seared on the grill tender and juicy as well. Unit holds rock solid comes up to temp quick and is very quiet. Loving it so far
