Hey guys. Has anyone ever used the Smoke EZ with there Weber Kettle grills? Looks like a cool idea to convert your kettle into a smoker. Let me know if you have used or heard about anyone using these. Thanks

I have one. I have also cooked on the Cajun bandit as well. Having a door is good.
But that being said, I bought it when I was just starting and thought it was a cheap way of making a WSM, which it was.
But since I bought a WSM, it's been sitting there getting dusty.
My 2 cents, hold off till you can buy the WSM.

I looked at both the Smoke EZ and Cajun Bandit. I bought the Cajun Bandit. You get what you pay for.:becky: Having the door makes replenishing water and/or fuel soooo much easier. Plus, the Cajun Bandit makes your kettle a virtual WSM. I believe it works just as well, and it's nice having that one touch system for ash removal.
