Default This little piggie went to ............

Went hunting last night and brought this little girl back home. Monday, I'm doing a brisket for my brother and I thought I'd throw this on too. It doesn't have much fat, so I was thinking of marinating it in Mojo and then putting it in an aluminum pan with some veggies and letting it roast in the smoker.

Anyone else have a better idea?

Whatever. We got two 150 lb sows and two piglets. We processed the sows and kept the piglets whole.
