Football Appetizer

In the Appetizer thread someone gave me the Idea to smoke some cheese and crackers

Took some Jalapenos, canadian bacon, Gouda cheese, and some Habanero Cheese on Ritz crackers.

Very simple but very very good, I have to say

I picked it up at a local Grocery store called Woodmens. They have a nice cheese Dept. Mostly Wisconsin cheeses
