Hello, I am in the process of building an upright cabinet smoker and cannot find a latch for the firebox / smoker box door. I have looked and can only find the old style fridge door latches (that are extremely expensive) any ideas?

One other thing, what type of insulation should be used to insulate a cabinet type smoker?
