Select a size, all I had was bread, so slice of bread size. Gran Kiddies like those real small buns, so cut to fit and when I have regular buns, cut to fit.

They were cowgirl, those little splits in the second pis are cherry. turned out
I hit them a little hard with smoke, but I like them that way
 
I figure I would want a triangle to cover the full food pyramid! Great idea...
 
I do a similar thing with burger for my chili using ground chuck.
Cut out small cubes for bite sized chili chunks of meat.

Thats how I like chili also, chunks instead of ground, I also will cube a couple chuck eye steaks and throw in.
 
No more the burger not fitting the bun! lol, great job
