Default Phubar's Buffalo Trace'd Chicken and Lemonade Pron

Cut the quarters up in drums and thighs.
Brined them in Lawry's,white wine vinigar, soya, water.
After the brining I cooked the brine down and added sugar,Buffalo Trace and thyme.
Chicken was rubbed with Plowboys Phin and Pheather under the skin,on top of the skin it was rubbed with Todd's Dirt.

I only know this brand because of Brethren DR_KY...Buffalo Trace is sponsoring DR_KY.
I got acquainted with the brand while I was at Grillstock in Bristol,UK helping DR_KY with Padawan.
This brand is not available in our liquor stores but Padawan recently found an online webshop in The Hague,The Netherlands where we could purchase them for 16 euro's per bottle.

Nice looking chicken Dood! I usually have a bottle of Buffalo Trace around here. I can get it at the grocery store for $21 per bottle.
