Default Saying hi

Hi everyone,

My name is Michiel and I'm from The Netherlands. I started watching BBQ videos on youtube (BBQ Pit Boys) because I like cooking, especially with meat , and I have recently bought a BBQ to start my own experiments. Became a member to try and learn from more experienced chefs and hope to start producing some fine meals myself.

My goal: Cooking huge pieces of meat
Biggest challenge: Getting the fire started (and keep it going)
