Brought a couple racks of beef ribs and my UDS up to work today to cook for our team. We had a junk month last month and I wanted to boost everyone's spirit. Came out great, but took WAY longer than usual. On at 9:30am, off at 4:15pm.

They were sliced and eaten in 5 minutes flat.

Thanks for looking!

Great looking ribs Grim. They sure was smelling great while I was there. Wish I could have hung around and tried them out. Awesome job buddy:thumb:

The ribs look absolutely delicious. Great job. I can understand why they didn't last long.

Looking good. Don't worry about cook time, my ribs take about that long also.

Nice... they never did that for us back when I was a car guy. Best we ever got was pizza on Saturdays so we wouldn't leave the dealership.

I sure wish that I had a job where I could cook beef ribs. Guess I need to come to work with y'all!! Great job buddy.

By the way they look, mmmmmmm, seems it was totally worth the time. I'm sure they tasted as great as they look.

What rub did you use on them beauties?

Ps: are they flank ribs?

Thank you! They were chuck short ribs. Certified Angus beef. I used a homemade SPOG. I have a 4 pepper blend I grind fresh and use 4 part pepper to 4 part coarse kosher salt, to 1 part granulated garlic to 1 part granulated onion. It's my go to on most everything. (I measure by weight it's the only way to get this right IMO)

They look as if they were worth the wait. You all hiring?

Nice looking very hittable ribs you cooked there.

smoking at work....lucky. all we get to do is work at work. and if we do a good job, we get to come back and do it again the next day.:-D good looking grub for sure.
