Medallions and Drums
Since I have been stuck in the house since last Tuesday did a little freezer diving
Cheap Italian dressing for the pork medallions and Mojo for the drums, a 24 hour bath  Medallions onto the 18"  Pork is done  Drums are done  Thanks for looking even though the pictures suck

Don't worry about the pictures, Marty, I'm not going to eat them, it's what is on the plates that I am after!! Not a bad way to pass the time. Very nice!
