It's so nice having fresh beef and pork from the family farm and , i can,t imagine ever buying it from the grocery store , only cuts i have to buy are pork buts , brisket and tri tip , going to raise chickens too , all natural meat cant be beat

Next year I would like to raise a hog if I can convince my wife.

For a while our son had a 6 acre hobby farm and raised chickens and turkeys along with a couple horses. We really enjoyed all of them. (FWIW we rode the horses.)

Looks like my freezer. Grassfed Hereford here, free from my in-laws. Would love to get into some high quality pork stock as well.
