Default Glad I selected small chuck and loin

All trimmed up. Hard fat from "meat tears" removed and the jello saved for reheating. Ended up with 4quarts of meat in the Foodsaver and left some in fridge. The way this chuck was squirting juice I may tie one onto the flat portion of a brisket and give it a ride--next time.

Breakfast: blueberry-hemp seed chai smoothie-with wheatgrass juice
Lunch: large Mediterranean salad-lemon for dressing
Supper: beans and veggies

I'm going to survive. Boss called me in to work. So out of sight, always on my mind.
