Smile Beef Ribs and Pork Tenderloin

Did some beef ribs and pork tenderloin.
Low and slow
Here are some photos
They both were real good
First the pork
On the smoker

Ready to slice

Nice smoke ring

On the plate

So moist

Now for the beef ribs
Nice and meaty

In the smoker, ready to wrap. Yes that is a small brisket point behind the ribs.

Ready to slice

Great tasting

Was so much fun......and so good to eat!!!

Don't look now, but someone took a sample out of the one in the middle. Call the police, FBI, or maybe even the CIA. An egregious crime has taken place, and needs to be investigated immediately. From the looks of the cook, it is at least a Felony crime!

Blessings,

Omar
