Congratulations to BBQ Brethren Clint Guillory of Carnivorous Endeavors on his Reserve Grand Championship at the Eunice, LA BBQ By the Beach - Clint was 6th in brisket, 6th in ribs, and 1st in chicken!

Thanks Lynn!

It was a really tough cook at 105F in the tent and especially because my cooking partner (aka..my beautiful fiancee) had to work. The calls and first reserve grand champion were a total shock as the cook was hectic without having her to assist, give me feedback and keep me on track. Thanks to everyone who worked in the heat of the day to put on this event.
