I've always loved 2 Gringos Chupacabra rub on brisket,
and thought it would be awesome on a steak. I tried it out tonight, and I was right on the money. I seared mine and my son's steaks to medium-rare on the flat top, and reverse seared my wife's and daughter's to well-done. Everyone agreed that they were the best steaks I've cooked yet.
