Talking Recipe: Fiery Screaming Agony From Hell, Death Wish Diarrhea Snacks

Hmm...who's going to try it first?!

INGREDIENTS:

Sopressata "log" or hard salami or any smoked sausage.
Raw Garlic - As much as you can tolerate. Peel and sliced thinly or thickly depending on your raw garlic tolerance.
Thai hot peppers or Fresh Habanero (any hot pepper you prefer) Slice thinly or thick depending on your tolerance
Salt
Pepper
Xtra virgin olive oil

Cut Sopressata thinly about 1/16th of an inch on a bias to create a larger surface area. Lay the slices out on a plate. On each slice place a sliver of garlic or two, and a sliver of hot pepper or two. Season w/ salt and pepper, drizzle w/ a bit of good extra virgin olive oil. Stick a toothpick in each slice to hold the garlic and peppers in place if serving to guests or just grab a fork, a beer, and go at it.

That's tough to serve to guests, after telling them the name... worse than ABTs!

... sopressata rocks! it's become our 'hard' salami du jour (but not so often at $12.+ /lb). This sounds like a great way to get a party started .... give 'em one at the door and point the way to the suds OR .....
2 slivers of garlic on mine plz

True, Bossman! Habs can light up your world too, but I think they taste better than the Thai peppers.

IMO the Thai and Habs are both hot, but seam to be less oily than a jap. You get to enjoy the heat, but can kill it with a chaser of beer.

All I know is the last time I had one of those Thai Peppers, my backside was barking for a couple of days . All the other stuff I can handle. The only thing that has come close to the Thai pepper is the Italian roasters my wife planted in our garden this year, Know that my Brothers is one hot freakin pepper!!
