Default Grilled tomatoes

I saw this on a cooking show and tried it with great results: grilled tomatoes

Just cut them in half and, with a finger, remove the watery pulp and seeds.
Then mix some feta cheese crumbles with minced onions and a little black pepper & oregano to stuff: but NO SALT (the feta provides sufficient salt).

That's it. Sorry no pics.

I keep mine real simple.

Cut the tops off in a crown, top with EVOO and a sprinkle of oregano, and then near the end top with some grated whole milk mozarella.

THose look good. I did some last night but in a different style. Sliced them in half, put EVOO all over them and some rub and set them on the grill to cook. So good. Next time i make hamburgers I'm grilling tomatoe slices to go on them.

If you use cheese, try them without the oil. I think the cheese provides enough oil.
