Going to smoke 75 turkey legs for a local fest after someone backed out at the last minute... Frantically searching for recipes to make sure I get them right.

Happy Phriday, Pholks! God told me cook the pork loin that I never got around to cooking, so I guess that is the plan.

Nothing to crazy this weekend. The wife and I are pulling the travel trailer up to Asheville, NC for the weekend. We are visiting the Sierra Nevada brewery for the second time. That place is amazing. Still planning out our menu, but it will involve my little travel grill and stove. Have a great weekend everyone. We may actually get some fall weather here this weekend. Was 97 degrees yesterday in North East Georiga.

Happy Phriday and weekend to Phu and crew and all y'all Pharkers!

Having a cool spell here. I'm thinking of venison chili and hot buttered tortillas.

Hope you have a great weekend Phu and Brethren!
