Default My new Cookshack!

Just got my PG1000 yesterday. Simple burgers for the first cook. They were great. (Forgot to take pics, I was too hungry!). Biscuit test spot on even except above the direct grilling area (expected). I love this thing so far.

But... But... We're supposed to be getting 14 inches of snow!!!

Oh wait, that was yesterday's forecast. Today it's one inch.

Think you're gonna love it, everyone I know that has a Fast Eddy loves it.

Thank you for that. Funny you say that, I plow snow too. Learned not to hold my breath with these forecasts! If they were accurate on the snow prediction this year I would have bought all of you guys new cookers! LOL

I've had mine for a few years now and I love the thing today as much as the day I got it. It's the best pellet smoker on the market today IMO. Never had a bad cook on it.
