Fish and Veggie Pron

I'll be cooking up something later, but haven't decided what yet.

But up early this am and got pics finished from last Sunday dinner.

First, took a few tuna steaks and seasoned with olive oil and lemon pepper.

Then cut up some peppers and yellow zuchini, and tossed with a little olive oil.

The tuna grilled up real nice.

As did the veggies!

And people wonder why my family loves me. :biggrin:

I washed this all down with the better part of a bottle of Merlot.

great looking food-how done were the tuna steaks?- I have only had them cooked till they were well done- My brother says cook them to medium or medium rare, he says I don't know what I am missing

We had tuna medallions on Friday night... that is some good stuff off of the grill.
