Quarantine 2020 Freezer Stockup

Today I’m stocking the freezer with some good bbq. Was about the only meat left in Central IN which goes to show Hoosiers can’t BBQ. Got 1 brisket, 3 butts and 3 racks of ribs rolling on the Shirley.

Briskets, butts, turkeys and chicken quarters today we had walk in freezers full of meat and needed to clean some of it out so we cooked for the neighbors.

My local Kroger was cleaned out of all meat but Pork Butts. Pulled Pork here we come!!!

I thought the same thing when I rolled through stop and shop and the only thing left in the meat cases was pork butt. Jokes on everyone else!
