...with Barbecue !

Our local Fire Service had a party with 60 people last night.
Since i have a couple of friends there and its always good to have a good relation those guys
if you have a 1200 pound smoker i did the cooking for them.

-Bacon wrapped dates with cream cheese stuffing
-Atomic buffalo turds
-Pineapple-grape skewers with sugar/cinnamon/chili glaze
-Bratwurst in tortillas with grilled pineapple, arugula and honey mustard sauce
-Pork Loins with Orange Jelly/Bourbon and sweet chili glaze
-Ribs with homemade Honey bourbon BBQ Sauce
-Boneless pork butt roast
-Cedar planked salmon
-Beer Can Chickens
-Turkey breast
-Au Gratin Potatoes in the 12" Camp Oven
-Grilled Pralines

It was a great evening with lots of fun and everyone loved the food.

Cheers,

DM

As usual DM you have out done yourself.

Is there anyone in your area that hasn't eaten your BBQ?

Everything looks great. Fantastic menu and those ribs look great especially without the sauce.

The guy in orange looks a bit like Mr Flay
