Tomahawk And Short Ribs--Repeat With A Twist
Hooked on the Mexican meat market so much that I keep going back. The lowest grade of beef they sell is prime and they go all the way up to A5 Wagyu.
Anyway, I picked up a tomahawk and short ribs Since I scored free oak last week, I had some odd pieces so I decided good beef deserves good fuel Got it going Threw on the tomahawk for a sear first Momma!! Then the steak went indirect with some corn. Lid open to get max amount of oxygen for the wood My favorite part to gnaw on Then threw on the short ribs Served with green stuff, rice and beans. Outstanding dinner!! Thanks for looking!

Yep!! Was supposed to fire up the LSG today because I have the LSG fire management basket on the way but farking ups delayed the shipment first scheduled for Thursday, then changed to Saturday and last minute changed the delivery to Tuesday next week. I mean I could've still fired it up but killed my momentum because I was itching to try the new basket. But on a brighter side the Creekstone short ribs are going to make a fine wet burrito for tonight instead.
