Was thinking of entering something. But after seeing these entries, I'll pass on this one. But ya might see an octopus cook soon. Love 'em, but still researching how to cook 'em so they're not big pieces of rubber.

Here is my 1st entry into the special "Cinco de Mayo" throwdown.



I decided to drag some of the leftover smoked brisket out of the fridge this afternoon and make some tacos.
