Speaking of brisket leftovers! (Pron)

Smoked a 13 lb brisket Sunday. Tonight, leftovers! Brisket tacos with fresh tortillas from HEB, fresh cilantro and onions from garden, my wife's homemade salsa, and of course brisket!

Tonight it is brisket leftovers for us, brisket french dips, french loaf crusted in the oven then throw so brisket and provalone cheese on back in the over to melt the cheese and aujus on the side
