I've got a prime ribeye destined for the grill tonight. Will be accompanied by my standard baked potato w/ Cavender's Greek Seasoning and Green Chile Dip.

Thinking about some St Louis Spares perhaps Sat or Sun, as my order of SirPorkALot's Rib Rub is just sitting there, unopened, in my cabinet... If that happens, I'll also have a fatty to add to the party.

Y'all be safe and keep the thin blue rolling!

What time is dinner? I'll be right over, Marc!

No smoke for me this weekend. Tomorrow is going to be raining and nasty - perfect weather to stay in the house and cook a big pot of chili.

Stay safe and have a phantastic weekend, pholks!

I'm cooking a couple rack's of nice beef back ribs I found at the butcher shop and some chicken wings. Trying out some Oakridge rubs I just bought. Black Ops on the beef ribs and habanero death dust or the jerk seasoning on the wings.

Doing Tacos Al Pastor on the skewers. Have a nice small pork shoulder roast waiting to be cut down. The marinade is made, just finished making a nice pico and may make a guacamole.

Just need the wind to lighten up a bit.

Glad you are OK. I know some people who’s lives were significantly impacted from falls from 3 and 5 foot step ladders. Don’t underestimate the need for ladder safety.

Hope you heal well.

I was going to skewer rump cap for taco but changed to ribs because of the wind

Got it in - as soon as I turned the grill off the clouds parted, sun came out and it was a perfect night.

But - dinner was amazing and I did roast a couple of extra jalapeños with the Al Pastor. Long story short, those jalapeños lit my tender backside up like no other. Damn it was good, but I wasn’t expecting to get that much heat.

Beautiful meal - went tostada’s instead of tacos with refried beans and pico.

What did you end up doing?
