We had a 12 chicken order this weekend so we did that up on sunday and since the coals were going we did some smoked wings and fried pickles. I smoked some of the pickle spears before I fried them, not impressed with it they were just dryer no smoke flavor. We had some of the wings straight and then some we made into smoked buffalo wings with Angry Pig BBQ's buf sauce. Wicked good! My oldest came out to help.
