It would appear that Hometruckin has kindly volunteered to start passing out zero certificates to all new Zero recipients.

And don't forget, vote early, and vote often!

I think there should be a group of members to try and determine if the entry is legit or they just want a zero. Yes there is sick puppy's out there
Eg pizza throw down and somebody submits a frozen pizza.

This came up when the Zero Club was formed. No dish intentionally targeted for a zero such as your example would be allowed.
