Default Prime Brisky and Chicken Sunday

Finally got the chance today to cook up one of the briskets from costco. Put it on the offset with a little SP and G at 275-300 then wrapped about 4 hours in. Cherry and Oak. Grilled up some Linguica sausage peppers and onions and roadside style chicken for lunch while we waited for the brisket. I have to say, the brisket was a very nice piece of meat. Glad I picked up more than one.
