5:30 AM the briskets on
12.5 Lbs rubbed with Pappy's Hot Spice Rub
Fat Down Sweet blue running 230 and dropping ( hopefully to 220 ) at the cooking grate internal 75 and raising Dome 190 - Drum - 185 Downing the last beer of the night and getting some sleep
