Interesting with the bacon wrapped potatos, may have to try that.

Something you may want to try: get a wedge of smoked gouda, an apple corer and make bacon wrapped gouda, cook it at 325 until the bacon is done. It is one of the most incredible appetizers that I have come across.

This was really a fun event and it was held at the La Quinta resort where they had King of the Smoker in December. The staff was incredibly helpful and it is a beautiful resort. If you are ever in Palm Springs make sure you find your way there.

I went to Sunday brunch there a couple times with my Grandparents many years ago. They had an incredible amount of good food laid out! Not cheap at all, but pretty amazing.

Looking good Bigmista those skirts probably loved your meat, I wasn't aware people outside the state of Texas knew anything about big red, is this true mista is big red moving to cali like you did to show people how well it complements your meat?
