Trimming the brisket video
Someone posted a trimming video for doing brisket.
I want to pass this along to a friend so he can get a grasp on the concept. I think Neil may have been the star of the video but do not quite remember. Still recovering from surgery with many volleyball outtings with a new team that has the potential to take the state championship this year and also doing some docile halibut trips in the bay while patiently awaiting the tuna to show. I am enjoying being over 50 pounds lighter and definitely feeling more energetic and ready to fish! My wife loves my new look!!!

Congrats on the weight loss, Capt!
I think Bigmista has that brisket trimming video on his website. I seem to recall seeing a link for it there.

Here's one of his videos on brisket. It is about cooking brisket on a UDS, but he shows how to trim one in the video.

Looking good. You're an inspiration to all of us - someone who actually followed doctors' orders. Here's to an extra 50 years of the good life! Bravo.

That Penn fishing t-shirt used to be skin tight on me. Had to follow orders since the result was death if I didn't. Life is much better now that this one is out of the way and hopefully I can regain some normalcy to my life again.
BTW, that is the video I was lookin' for! Thanks!

That flatty on the left appears to be barely legal - but legal nonetheless. Nice catch.

Looks like a ringer for "Mr. Clean".
Have you considered doing commercials? Way to go!
