Sure doesn't take long nekkid... only 2 1/2 hours.






Yes i took a bite out of it! A little olive oil and SPOG...can't beat it. OBTW who ever started the don't get smoke rings with olive oil it's not true. I know some don't care for it but it doesn't interfere with rings, i like it to hold on the rubs and i feel it helps keep things moist.

I didn't have my Mav in and just went off the temp gauge but it was 245-250 pretty much the whole time. It should have been fairly accurate.
