Default New Year's Crab

Did both snow crab clusters for the wife and King crab legs for me and my son. I went out on a limb and seasoned them with John Henry's Summer Peach Rub that my son suggested. I have to say they turned out delicious. That little bit of sweet/ peach flavor really complimented the crab nicely. Cooked for about 1 hour at 275 with pecan. Happy New Year Everyone.

Never had grilled or smoked crab but I sure would love to. Looks real good.

They turned out great. I have done crab this way a couple of other times. I don't think I would do it any other way now.
