Egged pie
I finished off the Picnic shoulder cook.Cooked some split chicken breast, then did an apple pie on the BGE.Got a fatty rollin now.I fired it up around 6:00P.M. last night. It is now 7:30P.M,( 25.5 hours)and she is still holding 250 dome on one load of Western lump with Hickory and Cherry chunks.I love how you adjust the vents, let it settle in and cook at any temp you want to for over 24 hours on one load of lump. The longest I have ran a full load on the BGE holding 250 dome is 32 hours.

If I had not just finished a fresh peach pie with ice cream my wife made I could really go for a piece of that. hard to beat a egged crust.
