Porterhouse dusted with Kosher Salt And then rubbed with an Italian Dressing picked up in Colorado the other day. Sweet potato with Irish Butter, green Chile Sausage And a wedge salad.

(Oakridge Carne Crosta will be involved later)
 
Just hit the meat with a liberal amount of Carne Crosta.

Full disclosure. Not 100% happy. Taste and texture spot on. Another medium steak when I was attempting just under but noticeabley not medium. A tad more pink. Bride loved it. It’s perfect for her.

Killer! I was also anxiously waiting for the porterhouse shots. I love me some ph steaks.

Looks great! I need to order up some of this Oakridge Carne Crosta everybody is talking about.
 
Tell your bride she is correct about the photography aspect of your cooking and thankfully so or else we would not be enjoying your cooks as well.
