UDS Smoked Chicken
Hickory and apple wood. Chicken came out great. Nice spicy flavor.

Kick Arse, I cook at 350*, think ill lower my temp a little. Need to lower my uds grate as well..

I have used that injection in turkey but not chicken....Looks good.
